Changes
- When deploying Command Center or Lander, reapply any settings from the bot onto the building (including behaviors, registers, logistics and locks)
- Make buildings equipped with an Item Transporter respect the 'Disconnected' and 'Deliver Items' settings just like a bot does

Fixes
- When auto assigning a newly issued order and the source or target is idle, don't assign it to the source or target if it's disconnected from the logistics network (until now only the 'Deliver Items' setting was checked)
- When a unit is picking up an order and the unit itself holds the requested items, don't make the unit itself the source of the order if 'Supply Items' is unchecked
- Fix orders from or to a powered down unit being only carried out by a bot that has the powered down unit in its visibility range (so any bot in the same logistics network area can do it)
- Fixed logging of Lua error when attempting to lock a slot on an explorable by dragging an item in its own inventory

Changes
- Make requirements for manual deconstruction match requirements for upgrading (not damaged, no virus infection, not Command Center bot, must be unlocked in tech tree)
- Show the reason why why a unit can't be deconstructed in tooltip of health-bar
- Don't allow pressing V to apply settings on construction site, start the construction cursor instead (which can upgrade buildings or construction sites using the blueprint editor)
- When applying changes to a construction site (via upgrade or Right-Click 'Edit' option) always spawn a new construction site instead of trying to convert the existing one
- Instead of starting the construction cursor when trying to paste bot settings onto a building and vice-versa, ask if the user wants to apply the settings
