- Fix "Drop Off Items" instruction failing when called for something that doesn’t have an inventory (foundation, wall or resource node)
- Fix crash reporter sometimes not showing and instead freezing the game for a while then closing

- Tutorial fix in case the deployer was used before the related tutorial step
- Fix missing minimized text for the 3 tutorial steps related to Transport Route
