We have identified an issue where 'Cold Explosion' of Frost Strike [Source] Skill Rune is activated even when the target has been already defeated.
This issue has further revealed that if 'Cold Explosion' is activated on multiple targets continuously, the damage multiplier stat is applied more than once.
Due to the reasons outlined above, the effects of Frost Strike [Source] Skill Rune will be changed as follows:

Before: Cast Cold Explosion on target after a period of time upon inflicting Freeze
After: Cast Cold Explosion on target after a period of time upon inflicting Freeze. Targets that are defeated before the effect is activated will not trigger Cold Explosion.
