For the new season, Trials of Power,
we have prepared a new event with the Chaos Dungeon.
Participate in the 'Help! Hunters! Event' with the voices of UNDECEMBER's Developers echoing in the Chaos Dungeon,
and purchase diverse and bountiful items from the 'Event Shop'.
Please see below for more details.
◆ Help! Hunters! Event
■ Event Period
- After the Jan. 9 (Thu) maintenance - Until before the Feb. 6 (Thu) 2025 maintenance
■ Event Details
- You can obtain 'Ashes' by chance upon defeating monsters in the Chaos Dungeon stages.
※ You can obtain Ashes only in Tier 1 - 10 Chaos Dungeon stages of Normal, Magic, Rare, and Legendary Grades.
※ You cannot obtain Ashes from Unique Chaos Card, Traces of Memory, or Exodium or Greater Chaos Card.
- You can convert a Chaos Card to a 'Ash-covered Chaos Card' using Ashes obtained from 'Fireplace' at Saluto.
※ Only Tier 1 - 10 Chaos Cards of Normal, Magic, Rare, and Legendary Grades can be converted to Ash-covered Chaos Cards.
※ You can upgrade the grade of an Ash-covered Chaos Card by using additional Ashes.
- You can register an Ash-covered Chaos Card to activate the event with a guaranteed chance.
- When the event occurs, 3 'Ash-covered Souls' following your character will be created, and each Soul gives the player and monsters buffs.
※ You can check the appearing Ash-covered Souls and their buffs while converting a card at the Fireplace.
- Ash-covered Souls repose if you interact with objects in the dungeon, 'skeletal corpse' or 'Gravestone', and the buffs given by the souls will be removed.
- If you successfully put an Ash-covered Soul to rest, you can obtain 'Developer’s Soul Dust'.
- You can use the obtained Developer’s Soul Dusts to purchase diverse rewards from the 'Event Shop' run by an NPC, Peve, at Town and Saluto.

■ Burnt Out Rune Essence Selection Chest Contents
- You can select and obtain 1 of the following items if you use Burnt Out Rune Essence Selection Chest.
■ Burnt Out Gear Essence Selection Chest Contents
- You can select and obtain 1 of the following items if you use Burnt Out Gear Essence Selection Chest.
■ Star Memory Selection Chest Contents
- You can select and obtain 1 of the following items if you use Star Memory Selection Chest.
■ High Traces of Creation Chest Contents
- You can get 1 of the following items according to chance if you use High Traces of Creation Chest.
■ Apollyon's Bone Selection Chest Contents
- You can select and obtain 1 of the following items if you use Apollyon's Bone Selection Chest.
■ 3 Year Anniversary Unique Chest Coco Brought Contents
- You can get 1 of the following items according to chance if you use 3 Year Anniversary Unique Chest Coco Brought.
■ 3 Year Anniversary Unique Selection Chest Coco Brought Contents
- You can select and obtain 1 of the following items if you use 3 Year Anniversary Unique Selection Chest Coco Brought.
■ 3 Year Anniversary Unique Random Chest Coco Brought Contents
- You can get 1 of the following items according to chance if you use 3 Year Anniversary Unique Random Chest Coco Brought.
■ Developer’s Energy Drink Effect
- You can obtain diverse buffs by using a Developer’s Energy Drink.
■ To Note
※ The event schedule and rewards may be subject to change.
※ The Gear that can be obtained from [Exclusive] items and event chests are untradeable.
※ You will not be able to use the following 3 event items once the event ends after the Feb. 6 (Thu) maintenance, so please ensure that you use the items before then.
※ Unused event items will disappear after the event.
- Ashes
- Developer’s Soul Dust
- Developer’s Energy Drink
※ Ash-covered Chaos Card are converted to the basic Chaos Cards once the event ends.
- The grade of a card upgraded using Ashes will remain.
- Ashes Event will not occur as soon as the this Event ends.
※ Please make sure to not sell event items to the shop accidentally.
※ Event items may be given through other events.
