Earlier today, we resolved the issue where bonus points for Costume and Equipment Summon (Integrated) were reset through temporary maintenance.
However, while attempting to recover these points, an unexpected issue arose, preventing us from proceeding with the recovery and compensation process.

Our investigation into the cause of this problem took longer than expected, leading to extended inconvenience for many Rune Hunters.
Unfortunately, this meant we had to conclude the temporary maintenance without completing the recovery process, and we deeply regret the frustration this may have caused.

For those affected by the loss of bonus points from Costume and Equipment Summons (Integrated) after the Mar. 6 (Thu) maintenance,
we are actively working to verify and address the cause of today’s issue.
Our team is preparing to resume the recovery process as soon as possible to ensure everything is properly restored.
