- Affected Users: Rune Hunters who purchased a Zodiac Pass product in the Standard Mode from Nov. 7 (Thu) maintenance until Nov. 21 (Thu) maintenance
- Compensation: 1 Skill Skin Challenge Ticket
- Compensation Schedule: After the Dec. 5 (Thu) 2024 scheduled maintenance

※ The compensation mail will only be sent once per account for both modes, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).
