The v1.0.4 minor patch fixes several issues:

• Fixed a formatting issue in the Stone wall requirement "Town center 2 required" message.
• Resolved the issue where "Personal Use" was not being saved.
• Builders will now prioritize rebuilding collapsed structures over repairing damaged ones after an earthquake.
• Improvements have been taken to prevent a rare crash that could occur when trading with the merchant. However, since I couldn't reproduce the issue, please continue submitting crash reports if the problem persists.
