- New Caravan/Trailer
- More Quests: Expanded quest board with additional side quests.
- New Allies NPC Quest - Jiyeon: Jiyeon will live at Carol's Camp in her own DIY garage. You can interact with her after you unlock or clear some quests to access her main quest line.
- The First Cannibal Base at the Radio Station: You can discover clues and artifacts that reveal more of the main storyline and unlock a hidden cave to explore.
- New Enemies - Cannibal Gang
