*Optimization Update v1.5.1.2*
- More precautions for dealing with a potential ship freeze error due to temporary performance drop.
- Fixed a minor glitch which could cause casemate guns to get stuck.
- Fixed a problem that could cause minor nation ships to be without fuel in combat.
