To access the test branch:
- Right click Medieval Dynasty in your Steam library and pick 'properties'
- Then go to 'Betas' on the left side and under Beta participation, select "public_testing"
- As soon as you do this Steam should have an update queued for MD and can start downloading the version on the test branch.
- If you want to download the live version again (public branch), just change the Beta participation back to "None" like it originally was.
As always, this version can contain unexpected bugs. If you are bothered by this, just stay on the live version and wait a couple of days til we roll out the test version.
To be safe, take a backup of your savegame before playing the test version.
You can find your savegame in %LocalAppData%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\SaveGames.
Keep in mind that to be able to play co-op, all players must be on the same version. So if you are on the test version, you will not be able to crossplay with other platforms, and all Steam players must download the test version as well.
Kind regards
