Crypt Changes – New Keys Await ????
Beneath the veil, the Crypts have transformed once again. With Season 5, we’re introducing four distinct Crypt Keys—common, uncommon, rare, and legendary. Existing keys will remain unchanged, but this shift allows us to eliminate games of chance between rarities. Randomised Crypt rarities didn’t feel like the right fit, and now each key has a clear value.
Arcane Store Additions
Step into the Arcane Store, where new horrors and twisted wonders await! Unleash the Return Pad—a relic that bends the very fabric of time—and cloak yourself in the Vampire Skin, a look that turns you into an unholy predator of the night. Improvements
- The lighting on the Menu has been reworked.
- Portals have been visually improved.
- The Crystal Ball’s visuals have been improved on Cirque du Solara.
- Morgus’ clothing has had cloth simulation applied.
- Morgus’ trap placement sound has been replaced to sound less similar to the bat bite sound.
- Morgus now hears a sound when their trap has been set off.
- Decoys now show as ghost figures during the inbetween to players in Human form.
- The confession booth & vats are now both pingable.
- Various optimisations have been made.
- Improved the lighting of various dark spots of the map.
Fixes
- [FIXED] Only one sanity hitmarker shows for Experiments reducing sanity.
- [FIXED] Occasionally players cannot select a role on the game-found screen when using a gamepad.
- [FIXED] Certain map spots are unintentionally accessible.
- [FIXED] Occasionally infected players can be heard making infected sounds at the beginning of a reality period.
- [FIXED] The Reactor says ‘Repair Motor’ when a cursed player has sabotaged it.
- [FIXED] Terrors can repair the generator.
- [FIXED] The Seer’s bubble can prevent certain interactions.
- [FIXED] A keypad on Wurgen can be accessed through a wall.
- [FIXED] ‘Navy Blue’ Motion Sensor causes a crash when used.
- [FIXED] The server task on Wurgen can rotate itself and become inaccessible.
- [FIXED] The stairs at the Cinema on Wurgen can cause collision issues.
- [FIXED] Character’s hair can disappear when being grabbed.
- [FIXED] The incinerator’s door audio is incorrectly timed.
- [FIXED] Faces glitch on the Role’s tab on the menu.
- [FIXED] Your own role doesn’t show above your head in spectate anymore.
- [FIXED] The wolves can get stuck on the Manor.
