This hotfix addresses issues with the active skill progression system and durability loss for shields during arena battles.

Changes:

• Active Skill Progression Fix: We've resolved a bug where active skill progression was incorrectly applied to a skill even when that skill was marked for downgrade (marked with a downward arrow).
• Shield Durability in Arena: Durability loss for shields during arena battles has been removed. We will later remove durability loss for parrying with weapons as well.
