! Bugs Fixed and Changes Made:
- Fixed various translation issues with titles on-screen and some resource names
- Fixed farms connecting to water towers sometimes not connecting or being reliable
- Fixed not being able to click through a faded water tower
- Fixed water tower UI not translating
- Fixed water tower sometimes not highlighting/fading correctly
