- Fixed an issue where a re-roll on an unleveled pet could give it an ability
- Changed material vault and shard vault to be loaded and unloaded if they are active or not

Balance
- Reduced Aquarion Ice Shards Charge time from 1s to 0.75
- Made Jelly Fish able to hit the same target with multiple bolts up to a cap of 3
- Fixed Jelly Fish hitting more than one target per lighting bolt
- Fixed Puffer Fish Scaling with Crit Damage incorrectly ( Buff )
- Puffer Fish Health increased by 25%
- Reduced Puffer Fish poison Duration from 8 seconds to 4
- Reduced Puffer Fish poison damage by 37.5%
- Reduced Caustic Poison Base damage increase from 120 to 110
- Fixed pufferfish poison rate increasing with upgrades
