when we were talking about catering to different playstyles, we obviously forgot one player type: The laid back adventurer, who just wants to take in the sights, doesn't want to be rushed and prefers a rather relaxed gameplay experience.
So thank you for your feedback. We hear you.
As a result, with today's update we will include the so called 'Adventure Mode', which can be found and activated in the Options menu.
Once active it will reduce the 'survival' aspects of the game significantly. While you still have to take care of food and Drinks, weather and environmental impacts should not harm you any longer.
We hope that the way you want to enjoy Wild West Dynasty, now better suits your expectation.
But of course we haven't been working solely on this feature, as you can tell by looking at the current changelog.
Since the release of the game we have been fixing quite a few Bugs while tweaking some Gameplay Systems, most notably in the Survival area, where we adjusted temperature impact and much more. The full patch notes from Friday can be found here, while you can read Saturday's changes here.
We will keep working hard to improve your experience. So expect a lot more updates in the next few days and weeks.

- The kid: Added a lantern.
- Ghost town ghosts: Fixed the waypoints.
- The convoy should now trigger properly even in different order.
- The convoy should work for people who saved it in a broken state.
- Adventure mode added.
- All rivers and wells can be interacted with, and drinking affects overheating.
- Tent - should not be pickable.
- John (trader in taxation) – The shop is available even without completing Aid for Taxation.
- Workbenches are no longer pickable.
- Seamstress table should be able to interact with.
- Workbenches got a destroy option added (to destroy from house if the player placed it by mistake).
- Fixed a problem where changing the language in-game could cause a problem with placing furniture.
- Disabled higher food consumption during the winter (survival mode only).
- Disabled higher water consumption during the summer (survival mode only).
- Some map improvements.
- Subtitles added to intro.
- Kid cave: Fixed a problem where fast discovered clues could lock the progress (old saves should work now).
- Kid cave: Fixed a problem where clues could be investigated too fast.
- Grandma Lucy house: Fixed a problem where a player could not place furniture in her house.
- Vendors in Hope should now sell proper goods.
- Each Vendor in Hope now offers a cloth set with different stats.
- Disappearing workbench from Owl`s house fixed (save/load).
