Ich würde momentan eine 60-70% vergeben, es aber nicht empfehlen. Hauptgrund für mich sind die Grafik (nicht der Charakter oder die Animation, die sind auch gruselig, aber da soll es ja Verbesserungen geben), sondern diese Texturen, die im Vorbeilaufen im Engine-Shop gekauft sein müssen. Das ist bei weitem nicht das, was man heute erwarten kann und wir in MD bekommen haben und zwar von Tag 1 an. Und deshalb bezweifel ich, dass sich das ändert. Dazu ist das Spiel auch noch laggy, und das auf einem High End PC (EA, fehlende Optimierung, geschenkt). Insbesondere wegen der Grafik kann ich das Spiel nicht empfehlen und das tut mir selbst weh. Ich werde es nicht zurückgeben, sondern immer mal wieder spielen und sehen, ob ich damit noch warm werde.

So let's say it as it is: It's really really bad. Not close to EA... maybe a really early alpha... Absolut not recommended. Hope they put a lot of work in it. But it looks more like it will be put down in a couple of month...

- I can't get above 44FPS, my game is locked to exclusive full screen - but somehow my mouse still moves off of the application window and clicks background apps on my other monitor, causing my computer to lock up while it figures out my native resolution.
- Game looks like arse, I don't understand why the engine was changed between Medieval Dynasty and this release, it looks bad and plays bad.
- Translation issues with the first cutscene made me laugh to the point where I had to skip it, it sounds robotic, if you can't voice act, we know how to read, just use text.
- Your main character has clipping issues with his beard no matter which settings I used (tested on high/med/low).
- Some really glaring bugs that make it obvious no one QA'd this game whatsoever before it was shoved onto Steam - for example, you can't remove a hat after wearing it.
Do not buy this, this is a tech demo at best and a bold faced scam at worst. I'll follow development as now I own the game, but I can't recommend it to anyone in its current state.

Yes, it's an early access title as is the norm these days, but it feels like it's barely out of alpha. The graphics are straight out of a 90's title and the handling is janky at best and flat out frustrating at worst. The writing is... well, not what people usually play these games for so it's easier to ignore, but still pretty jarringly bad when you do try to pay attention.
They definitely should have let this bake a little longer before letting it out because the initial impression is not a good one, especially for those of us who enjoyed MD. I hope they continue to improve the game and I'll update the review once they get some more patches in because I love the concept, but for now I would recommend you wait if you're on the fence.

Edit: and thanks for the response dev. I believe you CAN make this game into something special. It just needs more time to bake. As of right now it is super rough and I can't recommend.
