As a token of our appreciation, we're excited to reveal that based on your suggestions, we've brought to life the first player requested models, two iconic ships that left an indelible mark on World War II: the RMS Queen Elizabeth and the RMS Queen Mary.
A Nautical Icon: RMS Queen Elizabeth
The RMS Queen Elizabeth, renowned as a luxurious ocean liner, had a vital role during World War II. She was transformed into a troopship, shuttling thousands of soldiers across the Atlantic. Her size, speed, and the protection she provided made her an invaluable asset during the war.
RMS Queen Mary: The Grey Ghost
The RMS Queen Mary, often referred to as the "Grey Ghost," was another marvel of maritime engineering. She served as a troopship and transport vessel, carrying troops, dignitaries, and even prisoners of war. Her speed and evasive manoeuvres earned her the nickname, and she played an essential role in the conflict.
