Mechanical Improvements
Police Station System
As mentioned in the previous dev log, the police station system has been implemented in the game. Currently, it is actively used based on the choices you make both in the Galata region and in certain level maps.
Prison System
If you don't want to die when caught in a police station or based on the choices you make during the story, you are given another option. This option is the prison choice, which means you can keep your valuable "souls" even if it means losing everything else. You can either stay in prison for a certain period or escape earlier if you have lockpicks with you.
Torch
In Istanbul and a few level maps, there are dark areas such as dungeons or sewers. In such situations, you can use your torch, which is always with you, by pressing the "L" key to light up your path.
Heavy Attacks
We were aware that our combat system was somewhat lacking and lacked depth, so we decided to create a more detailed and thoughtful combat system. In addition to abilities, we decided to add a slap for Fist, multiple arrow shots for Bow, an area shockwave that disorients enemies around us for Shield, and a circular strike that deals area damage for Sword.
Visual Improvements
The map designs of the Venetian fortress, Ottoman Warship, and the starting area of Istanbul, the Dock, have been updated. The number of physics-based objects in enclosed areas has increased.
