With a new World War approaching, the tank engineers are rushing to perfect their design and prepare them for the challenges that are approaching. Follow their tracks or design your own tank combining the technologies of the Interwar and WW2 era!
Starting Monday March 31st 10:00 AM PST / 1PM EST the game will also have a Daily Deal with a 25% discount! It's the perfect time to jump in and experience the game at it's finest!
Update Summary:
- 12 new vehicles added including British, German, Russian and American tanks. It is important to note that we will continue to add WW2 tanks to the game as we continue the development
- A total of 170+ research nodes introducing new components, modifications, and expendables
- The possibility to combine and mix components from the Interwar and WW2 periods
- Tank role roster expanded with 12 new roles to account for WW2 vehicles
- Expanded factory ground functionality with new facilities, new administrator characters and additional process lines to pipeline your activities
- Several important QoL improvements including Part compatibility assistant, component and part archiving and Design assistant in Engineering bureau and others
- Extended possibility to select the Start era of your game into WW2 period
- Game localization to 5 languages including German, French, Spanish, Russian, and Polish






The new era brings a rebalance to certain aspects of the game. We believe that these adjustments will enhance the overall experience, making it more enjoyable and immersive. Additionally, we have dedicated significant time to implementing crucial quality-of-life improvements based on your continuous feedback on Steam and our Discord channel.
However, please note that due to the extensive nature of these changes, your saved game files will not be compatible with version 1.1.8.0. Although we made every effort to ensure compatibility, the sheer magnitude of the alterations proved to be too substantial. To compensate for that, you can also select the Era 3 for a start-up!

- WW2 Era content has been added, featuring new iconic British, German, Russian, and American tanks such as the Pz.VI Tiger, T34, IS-2, M3 Sherman, Churchill, Valentine, and others.
- The in-game time has been extended to 1953.
- The Research tree has been expanded to over 170 nodes.
- The game now offers the possibility of starting directly from Era 3.
- Twelve new tank roles have been introduced for WW2 tanks.
- Players now have the option to archive their tank and component designs and use this as a new filter option.
- A part compatibility tool has been introduced, allowing players to see compatibility between different tank parts.
- A "battle group" bonus has been added for tactical battles, reflecting support from regiments.
- A "Design assistant" has been added to the Engineering Bureaux.
- Assembly types have been expanded to include Welding and Casting assembly.
- A new WW2 opponent, the SPG, has been added to army units.
Changes:
- Administrator characters now retire at the age of 65. Please ensure you find a replacement in a timely manner!
- Countries are now less aggressive in abandoning obsolete tanks.
- Research node costs are now scaled according to the game difficulty level.
- Purchased rival designs now unlock not only individual components but also a draft of the rival design in the Design Bureaux building.
- The mass limit is no longer applied to tank designs in the Workshop. Create more diverse tanks and enjoy testing them on the Trial range.
- Components now only accept modifications from the same era as the component itself.
- Additional initial funds have been added.
- The process of saving selected tank roles in the assistant has been reworked.
- A tag has been added to Ongoing Conflicts where the player's tanks are involved.
- Revisited Administrator perks for Era 2

Fixes:
- Corrected the supply's clause logic for the success score discount for the player.
- Resolved an issue with cloned designs that allowed the deletion of a parent design, even if it was being used in an active contract.
- Addressed an issue with cloned designs that led to incorrectly calculated attribute group sums.
- Fixed a bug related to the improper application of the "crew overload" penalty.
- Rectified an issue where lobby-generated contracts were not included in the contract numbering.
- Solved a problem that prevented players from painting tank designs in all colors at the beginning of the game.
- Adjusted tank roles selection for the assistant.
- Corrected an issue regarding the incorrect number of tanks in the "Accept contract" news.
