Hello again ???? Here comes a follow-up patch, right after the first! ???? It’s a small one this time.

(Some) startup crash fixes:
* Disable AMD “switchable graphics”. This will hopefully fix startup issues for many players with AMD processors and NVIDIA graphics cards. This functionality seems to be broken in drivers, and we found out the hard way ????
