The sailors lured her with the remains of food, and then followed her, because she had to return to the nest. Thanks to this cunning, the sailors reached land.

Galeb turned out to be a very smart and useful bird. In addition to navigating the ocean, they could also deliver small packages. Sailors began to tame them and then sell them to everyone.
