▪️ Axe Throw - Duration now increases the slow by 2s, instead of 1.
▪️ Skull Crusher - Base Silence duration decreased from 5s to 4s. Duration 1 and 2 now increase the silence duration by 2s, instead of 1s.

▪️ Bull Strike - Base stun duration against monsters increased from 1s to 2s. The ability now generates double the amount of hatred from monsters.
▪️ Frightening Shout - Base Fear duration decreased from 8s to 5s. Rage level 5 now increases the fear duration by 2s, instead of 1s.
▪️ Berserker - ability cooldown increased from 40s to 60s. Additionally, the ability reduces the chance of receiving a critical hit by 4%. Duration 1 and 2 increase the duration by 3s, instead of 2s. Duration 3 has been replaced with a recovery that increases rage generation by 15.
▪️ Shockwave - ability cooldown increased from 30s to 35s.

▪️ Shackle - base duration decreased from 5s to 4s.
▪️ Titan's Stride - Volume 3 has been replaced with a buff that increases the ability's damage by 15%.
▪️ Unbridled Fury - a new passive skill that increases the barbarian's attack speed by 6% and run speed by 4%.

▪️ Judgement - Cooldown increased from 10s to 14s. Base damage and healing of the ability increased by 15%, weapon damage and healing increased by 7%. Increased cooldown speeds up the ability by 4s, up from 2s. Hatred generation rate increased by 20%.

Simplification 1 and 2 reduce the cost of the ability by 7 and 8, instead of 5. Simplification 3 has been replaced with a buff that increases the critical strike chance under the effect of Consecration by another 1.5%. The Consecration buff rune has been changed and now increases the critical strike chance from Consecration.
