Revisited Ascensions!

Hound Master
It seems like the Hound Master somehow found a way to feed his hounds with extra enhanced meat! Your dogs now grow in size every time they are well fed, gaining exponential buffs so long as you are able to keep them fed, after all larger dogs require more food!
Legionnaire
The Legionnaire’s days of building catapults are over… instead, he now earns glory in battle by assisting his brothers in arms, becoming a Centurion in charge of an army against the Void!
Revamped Scenario Visuals

Completely revamped scenarios for the Main Menu, Scorching Valley and Whispering Grove for cooler looking scenarios to be more in line with some… future content coming… *wink wink*
Faster loading times

Tons of changes across the game for faster and smoother loading times of gameplay scenes and save files. Save files are now a lot smaller than they used to be and faster to process so these changes will be *very* noticeable if you had a lot of matches in your profile!
General changes and fixes:
- New Loading screen so that you have feedback that the game is actually working;
- Fixed a very rare issue where you could cause poison damage to enemies while the game was paused in a very specific scenario;
- Fixed an issue where Doom would not cause its area damage, if the target was killed by a non-doom damage (now Doom should be stronger);
- Fixed an issue where Doom would trigger its execution but not effectively kill the target, which was an inconsistency in the calculation;
- Improved pagination in Achievements and Profile screens, so that scroll is faster and performance considerably better on those screens (especially if you had a ton of matches);
- Key bindings in the Options menu are now shown as icons (such as a mouse button icon, instead of “MOUSE RIGHT”);
- Fixed an issue where if you died, your health bar would still show 1 health;
- Fixed an issue where Lightning Surge would be considered an Area skill;
- Fixed an issue where Fan of Bombs and Bladed Chackram would not turn invisible with visibility set to 0;
- Fixed Assassin ascension not benefitting from cooldown reducing power ups when starting new endless cycles;
- Fixed an issue where skills like QT Land Surprise (very specific scenarios) would not properly count as a source of negative effects, such as Bleed in this case;
- Fixed tooltip error in Wild Strike which was showing more Finesse than intended;
- Fixed multiple issues with Gamepad navigation across the game;
- Fixed the description of Electrified to properly mention it applies Dazed, and not Stun;
- Fixed an issue where the health bars in certain cases would not show the correct amount of negative effects currently on the target;
- Fixed an issue where the “Favourite Skill” in your player profile was using the wrong value;
- Fixed small issue with Unholy Cathedral colliders;
- Fixed multiple issues with UIs scaling incorrectly depending on screen resolution, most noticeably on the Steam Deck;
- Fixed an issue where Achievement tooltips could be shown in weird positions depending on the position of the achievements;
- Fixed soulstones UI becoming transparent making them hard to read in certain screens;
- Fixed an issue where the skill tree tooltips of characters could show the incorrect number of required nodes;
- Fixed Map Selection screen not playing the Game Mode sound on gamepad;
- Fixed the mouse scroll speed of the damage breakdown panel in the Unholy Cathedral which was too fast;
- New sound effects for a bunch of menus in the game;
- Tons of adjusted and new sound effects for existing skills that either had incorrect sounds or no sound at all after recent changes;
- New “Death” soundtrack;
We hope that this update will not only bring some fun little toys for you to play with but overall improve the stability of the game!
