It seems that the Gods were a bit too harsh on you after all. Fortunately, this is changing now.
Thanks to your feedback, we have identified several problems affecting the Faith system, and we were able to further balance and improve it. How so? Let's take a look at the changelog ????
Hotfix 0.8.2 Notes:
• Fixed a major bug that caused God's wrath to loop indefinitely
• Faith system rebalance
• Added a new option to disable God's hostility in the Sandbox mode
• Fixed a rare case when missions soft locked and couldn't progress further
