Exofighters: Orbital Combat for Earth Factions

Fleet Management Overhaul

- Officer Transfers: Officers can now be moved between ships and hab facilities.

UI Overhaul and Quality of Life

The most significant UI overhaul since Early Access is underway includes:
- A redesigned interface for national priorities, economic breakdowns, and resource tracking.
- New ledgers to track faction incomes, costs, modifiers, and national values over time.
- Performance improvements for large data tables, alongside subtle visual cues for better readability.
Future updates will bring additional quality-of-life improvements as this overhaul progresses.
Expanded National Priorities
National priorities have been revamped, offering finer control over development:
- New Priorities: Environment, Government, and Oppression have been split from existing categories for greater precision.
- Economic Development: Using the Economy priority now allows the development of new Core Economic and Resource regions.
- Welfare Changes: Regions with colony status can be upgraded to standard regions via sufficient Welfare investment.
Hostile Takeover Mission Update
The Hostile Takeover mission now targets individual organizations instead of councilors. Mission difficulty scales with the organization’s strength and the councilor assigned to it, making it easier to capture weaker orgs while increasing the challenge for high-value targets.
AI and Gameplay Updates
The AI is being improved to encourage human factions to build more ships and engage in space combat. This brings the vision of early human-versus-human space wars closer to reality, adding tension and competition to the mid-game.
