What’s up Parasites? Man oh man has it been busy here at the HyperParasite HQ. Gamescom was a total blast, we were thrilled to meet so many of you and watch you enjoying world domination on our booth.
From Gamescom we headed to IndieDevDay, in Barcelona, the second year we have attended, and what an event it was. In 2018 we won the Best Shooter/Shoot 'Em Up, and now, in 2019, we walked away with the Best Blast 'em Up Trophy (the kick-ass drinks can is last years award)! What makes this award so special to us as developers is that it is voted on by other developers at the show. So from us to you (we know you’re reading this) - thank you!
Don’t worry though, Parasites, just because we’ve been on the road winning awards, doesn’t mean we haven’t been working on the game. Reminder: Release Date Update + New Price
With all the news coming out of Gamescom, we wanted to take a moment to remind you all of our plans for release and new pricing for Early Access. As we continue to add more and more to the game, we feel it’s now the right time to increase the price from $10.99 to $12.99.
In addition to the pricing update, we also announced, in our last update, that our planned full, and final, release for HyperParasite will now be Q1 2020.
