[HOTFIX 3.04] - Progress-impeding bug

Hi there beautiful people,

Today we’ve got a quick hotfix for a bug that was reported multiple times. The [spoiler]axe[/spoiler] will no longer respawn in the [spoiler]sledge hammer[/spoiler]’s location, and will always spawn properly.
