Fellow Officers,
As mentioned earlier this week, we’ve been reviewing your feedback and working on a first patch to tackle the reported bugs and glitches, and to make some adjustments and improvements to the game and especially the AI.
So we’re happy to say that we just rolled out Patch 14.1, which brings some fixes and improvements to enhance your patrol experience and ensure smoother gameplay, on and off the highway! ????️
One of the improvements is the lane switching AI. We’ve enhanced the NPV avoidance to be more responsive to the player's car. We will keep working on readjustments for this!
Known Issue
While testing the patch today, we noticed some... floating officer heads around some precincts. This seems to be an issue for new save games and should not affect existing save games. We will get this fixed asap, but we did not want to leave you without a first patch over the weekend! (No officers were harmed, we promise!)

- Fixed map cursor being too slow
- Fixed freeze when calling Arrest Transport on Highway
- Increased NPC spawn rate during accidents
- Fixed parked NPV having a smoking engine
- Fixed soft lock after issuing commercial driver ticket or verbal warning
- Fixed not being able to finish crime scenes on the highway
- Fixed navigation on highway being slightly off
- Added voice overs for female and male
- Fixed crash during wanted npv callout
- Improved upper body for female uniforms to avoid clipping
- Reduced chances for mechanical failure and single car accidents to occur
- Increased turn signal brightness
- Increased turn signal usage range on highway
- Changed character skins to be less glossy
We are dedicated to continually improving the game to provide the best experience possible. Your feedback has been invaluable in identifying and addressing these issues. This is of course not the only update we will provide, we are already working on additional fixes and will keep working on improving the issues you’ve reported to us.
