Added
- we added a stone quarry to the desert area that serves as an infinite source for stone for your construction needs (this might be removed from the game again once we have more resource types and a way to get stone infinitely in some other way)
Changed
- when placing a blueprint, all overlapping resource items will be destroyed[list]
- this should eliminate the possibility of 'trapping' items inside buildings
- this would then result in carriers being stuck trying to get and clean up these resource items
- if there are overlapping items that would be destroyed, a warning is displayed before placement
- we reduced the consumption and production rates of berries (both were cut in half)
- this means that the volume of berries to be transported is drastically decreased
- as a result, large villages should now require about half the amount of carriers to sustain food consumption
- where 1 carrier could provide enough transportation to satisfy about 1 other villager, the carrier can now support about 3 other villagers
Fixed
- we fixed several pathfinding-related issues[list]
- trees and bushes have a smaller collision radius, making it possible to traverse tight gaps and eliminating occasional problems where the AI got stuck
- villagers give up on moving towards a target item if they are stuck for too long. This is mostly relevant for old savegames where items could be in unreachable placed (like inside buildings)
- now newly spawned items have a cooldown of 60 seconds during which carriers will not touch them
