Fixes for some issues found today.

• fix hero knockout revival not being obvious enough
• fix hunter being unable to move after unlock
• fix camp's exit menu sticking around if you pick a new leader at camp
• fix potential issue with gates not opening
• fix other buttons being visible while shopping at blacksmith
