A few more critical fixes based on demo feedback today.

• fix hero and chest upgrade cards clipping badly with water
• fix hunter upgrade crash
• fix hunter not having a knockout animation
• fix slain heroes not turning into white ghosts
• fix resurrected heroes thinking they're already knocked out
