Hero Balance Adjustments

Ducksyde

• Increased duration of acceleration devices created along the movement path after casting Tactical Skill Full-Speed Charge: 4s → 6s.
• Decreased the continuous acceleration effect provided by the Tactical Skill Full-Speed Charge:
25% → 20%.
• Reduced the initial acceleration provided by Tactical Skill Full-Speed Charge for Ducksyde significantly.
