Meet Your Hosts and What to Expect
Join our esteemed hosts Richard “The Challenger” Cutland and David “eekeeboo” Baggley as they broadcast live from the deck of the only known surviving Landing Craft Tank in the UK that participated in D-Day. Built to carry tanks directly onto the beaches of Normandy, these unique machines played a crucial role in the success of Operation Overlord.
- Richard is our Head of Military Relations and served for almost 30 years in The Royal Tank Regiment of the British Army.
- David, World of Tanks’ Head of Community, is well-versed in World War II history and excellent at flipping virtual tanks.
Together, they will take you on a two-hour journey through history, exploring significant sights, exceptional museums, and key locations connected to the Normandy Landings and Operation Overlord.
