We appreciate our Steam community and are excited to introduce an update that expands how you access World of Tanks. Starting from March 6, World of Tanks gives you total freedom to play on your terms. Thanks to major improvements in our account infrastructure, you can link an existing Wargaming.net account to Steam and continue playing with its game progress.
If you previously started fresh on Steam but still have an old Wargaming account, you now have the option to reconnect and pick up where you left off.
This update is part of our ongoing effort to enhance flexibility and unify the player experience between Steam and the Wargaming Game Center (WGC). No matter which platform you prefer, you'll enjoy the same content, progress, and features.
Earn a Premium Vehicle
To celebrate this update, all players—including our valued Steam commanders—can take on a simple mission and earn the brand-new FCM 2C, a Tier III Premium heavy tank, and the "Steamroller" 2D style!

- That's it! You can now access your Wargaming account via Steam anytime
