Your Well-Deserved Reward depends on your rank:
- Recruit: <1 year of service
- Warrior: 1–3 years
- Commander: 4–6 years
- Officer: 7–9 years
- Veteran: 10–13 years and alpha/beta testers

Use your tokens!
All ranks from Warrior and up receive Tokens along with a set of in-game content. Until November 2024, you can exchange Tokens for valuable goodies in a special section of the in-game Store. It features improved and Experimental Equipment of your choice, components, cool 3D and 2D styles, a universal crew member with a zero perk, bonds, credits, and other useful items.
