Soon the next update will be upon you, but until then here's a patch with a bunch of bug fixes. We appreciate all of your feedback!

General / Quality of Life / Performance


  • Added four new languages: Italian, Ukrainian, Korean, Japanese
  • Full Controller Support
  • Increased FOV limit to 140 (ultrawide)
  • Added "Dynamic Text Size" setting
  • Added "Motion Blur" setting
  • [Balance] Balanced Protect mission for solo play
  • [Balance] Sentry loadout has the Benediction replaced with Carronade
  • [Balance] Improved HOLLOW stealth unit visibility
  • [Performance] Reduced polycount on mission room chairs
  • [Performance] Adjusted volumetrics for performance
  • Removed M to 'toggle UI markers', and rebalanced UI elements
  • Game boots up for the first time in Windows Culture Language (if amongst our supported languages), or in English if not
  • UI now adjust to different Keyboard Layouts
  • H to hide UI is now shown in keybinds and re-bindeable
  • New ascend/descend keybinds
  • Boost, Sprint and Dash can now have separate keybinds
  • Swapped RT and LT functionality on Controller
  • While piloting towards carryables being Scooped, those carryables no longer get pushed away from the ship
  • Added skipping content loading if loading into a tally screen
  • Updated Twitter logo to X
  • Supply drop reward information added to root Astral Map context info
  • Oxygenated Blood Pack context info now mentions it replenishes life
  • Adjusted FOV for terminals in 4:3
  • Imported second language batch for ZH / RU
  • A message now appears if the game is launched in offline mode, which is not supported
  • Improved text legibility on Steam Deck

  • Fixed an issue where if you had no audio input plugged in, the game would not launch
  • Fixed fire from engine trims one-shooting players
  • Fixed Download door being blocked after Dynamic Join
  • Fixed B.R.A.I.N.s not being able to target Interdiction Pillar
  • Fixed not being able to join rooms through Steam friends list
  • Fixed issues if a player left the room while in Sarcograph Queue
  • Improved stability in longer sessions
  • Fixed some healthbars always being visible for guest players
  • Fixed blackscreen after losing with socket loaded
  • Fixed "apply changes" showing up despite not having unapplied changes
  • Disabled Keybind Layout image in aspect ratios less than 16:10
  • Fixed Keybind layout for 16:10
  • Fixed main menu banners being blurred on low graphic settings
  • Fixed some missing context infos
  • Adjusted sitting animation
  • Fixed getting stuck in ceilings when EVA
  • Fixed settings UI audio
  • Fixed Escape Menu not working while in Sarcograph queue
  • Fixed some Escape button inconsistencies
  • Fixed guest players hearing enhancement interactions from other players
  • Fixed shadows getting too pixelated when reaching a certain distance from the character
  • Fixed mouse sensitivity being tied to FPS cap
  • Fixed broken Hints text
  • Fixed intro being cut in 32:9 resolution
  • Fixed the elevator sometimes picking up nearby players
  • Fixed gravity loss pushing players outside the ship
  • Fixed an issue where turning off push to talk would mute the player
  • Fixed the Reload not being rebindable
  • Fixed Target Lock and Scan keybinds
  • Miscellaneous UI fixes
  • Fixed an issue with "Locked mouse" setting
  • Fixed throwing sounds not being networked
  • Fixed the font in codex sometimes being broken in Chinese
  • Fixed the settings dropdowns getting stuck on screen
  • Fixed controller cursor going off screen
  • Fixed the keybind info not displaying correctly if the keybind was changed
  • Fixed Ascension (helmet 9) icon
  • Fixed missing context info in Ship Loadout Terminal
  • Fixed the profile picture being upside down in the invite pop-up
  • Fixed some of the text that goes out of textbox in different languages
  • Added "Use" interaction info when holding an item
  • Fixed context info being missing on Astral Map before the first jump
  • Fixed the head animations sometimes being too wild
  • Fixed the Main Menu disappearing when Escape is pressed with a pop-up on screen
  • Fixed AA on outlines
  • Fixed keybind for zoom/throw object
  • Fixed lava asteroids VFX
  • Fixed Thruster Station exterior rendering issue
  • Show Keybinds setting now properly hides all keybinds
  • Fixed visual blur in Litany weapon
  • Fixed sound when sitting in chairs
  • Fixed void arrival sound for gust players
  • Fixed an occlusion issue when switching between 1st and 3rd person view when piloting
  • Fixed Destroyer Void Charge showing 100% before the ship is turned on
  • Fixed class abilities being usable while interacting with terminals
  • Fixed Module Upgrader light being too strong if the ship is in movement
  • Fixed the Hub Flow sometimes not showing
  • Adjusted a defect that could be fixed through wall
  • Fixed some textures being too shiny
  • Fixed "Reset to defaults" not working correctly on Steam Deck
  • Readded blurring effect when low on oxygen - now called Depth of Field in settings
  • Fixed and issue where opening and closing steam overlay made the room name blank
  • Reduced the chance for the game to crash when exited
  • Fixed Player.log files sometimes becoming too large
  • Fixed XP bar SFX
  • Miscellaneous Localization fixes
