This is another hotfix build for the demo!

This build makes things a bit nicer all round.

Fixes / Changes:

- Tweak resident scale
- Fix camera fade being wrong size
- Make pause screen navigable by gamepad
- Fix camera control during intro camera transition
- Add gamepad 'start' button to pause/unpause the game
- Fix camera jumping around in menu with gamepad input
- Fix OBS/related cropping when using Game Capture source (thanks Silver_Streak!)
