Greetings, Fallen Warriors...
We have just released the [b]next patch[/b] for Deathbound, focusing on addressing the following issues, bugs, and game balance:
- Fixed a few visual bugs with reveries and echoes would not properly render some ethereal object properly
- Fixed a visual bug where lights from the Echo of the past would remain lit after the Echo was finished.
- Fixed a visual error with the Agharos skin hammer during Ultra Morph Strikes.
- Increased Agharos' Attack Damage and Attack Weight.
- Removed the center screen function from the Lock-On button to avoid accidental camera turns while locking on, which could disrupt gameplay flow.
- Adjusted the dodges for Therone, Anna, and Haodai to improve gameplay feel and flow.
- Fixed a bug where keyboard key bindings would not save. Mouse button bindings are now included as well. (Rebinding movement keys will be added in a future patch)
- Moved the item Essence Router (which unlocks fast travel) to a position where the player can pick it up and use fast travel much earlier in the game.
- Greatly reduced the Freeze Tolerance of the mysterious pursuers in the Essence Labs.
- Fixed a bug where the caltrops barrels in the Unbearable Beast arena would not spawn caltrops.
- Fixed a bug where the player could get stuck between the legs and tail of the Dragon of the Deep boss.
- Increased Olivia's Freeze Ray Spell range and freeze power, and reduced its cast time.
- Increased Olivia’s Lightning Spell range and damage, and fixed a visual glitch where some walls would disappear when viewed from afar.
- Fixed a bug where the VFX of a boss in Higher Streets would wrongfully spawn.
- Made adjustments to Haodai and Olivia’s enchantment spells to prevent players from accidentally triggering a morph strike after casting them.
- Improved visual cues for doors that cannot be opened in the Life’s Cathedral.
- Improved the interaction regions for doors to make it easier to approach and open them quickly.
- Fixed a bug where small explosive spiders would spawn from broken eggs.
- Fixed a collision issue where the player could walk off the balcony of the Life’s Cathedral.
- Removed the stamina cost for sprinting while out of combat.
- Fixed a visual bug where Agharos would not properly hold his hammer.
- Increased the stamina of all Playable Essences.
- Fixed a bug where some items would not spawn in the Life’s Cathedral courtyard.
- Improved the interaction regions for ladders, echoes, and other objects to make it easier to approach and interact with them.
