In this update, we’re showcasing some of the road vehicles created by top Polish modders, selected for inclusion in the Early Start DLC. These additions will bring more variety to transportation and logistics, reflecting the evolution of Soviet-era industry.

Another exciting addition to the game is the Steam track builders. The old-fashioned rail construction office will include storage for coal and water, allowing these trains to refuel on-site.

Airplanes aren't being left out either. Several aircraft are already complete, with more on the way.

In the next report, the focus will shift to steam locomotives, one of the most exciting upcoming additions. Work is also underway on new maps for the Early Start DLC, with more details to come.
Beyond new content, the upcoming 1.0.0.21 update will introduce a key improvement. BBallJo advocated for an important fix to a longstanding issue: when players used vehicle replacements and ran out of stock for a specific type, they couldn’t add it to manufacturing automatically. This required constant micromanagement of production queues.
Instead of implementing an entirely new system, adjustments were made to how vehicle manufacturing plants operate. Currently, they function in two modes controlled by a checkbox (Stop production after queue ends). When unchecked, the plant continuously produces the last vehicle in the queue.

The system has been adjusted. Now, if the checkbox is unchecked (which remains the default), the plant will cycle through the entire queue. After manufacturing any vehicle type, a new entry is automatically added. For example, if the queue consists of three ambulances, two dumpers, and one bus, the plant will produce them in sequence—once a bus is completed, production moves to ambulances, then dumpers, and continues cycling. This adjustment should make managing vehicle manufacturing much smoother.
That wraps up this report from Peter and the Soviet Republic team!
