We completely understand that some of you may be frustrated by the wait, but we want to emphasize that we are working hard to implement an anti-cheat system that will be fully effective once it’s live. While the process has taken a bit longer than anticipated due to licensing and discussions with various firms, we’ve now set the latest completion date for February 10th. However, we may be able to roll out the anti-cheat system sooner after performing some final checks and tests.
In the meantime, we’ve gathered feedback from many of you regarding certain adjustments. Specifically, some issues were identified around the drop rates of materials from monsters and the production process on the Lifeskill side. To address this, we’ve made several adjustments to the item drops from monsters.
Regarding the server-side capacity, we’ve made significant progress, but we’re not quite there yet. While some servers are more stable, we are still working to resolve occasional issues on others. Rest assured, we’ll continue fixing and improving this as we move forward.
Here are the latest updates in their respective categories:
Gameplay Adjustments:
- Build System: Fixed an issue where players were unable to place or remove parts in certain situations.
- Two-Handed Sword: Fixed an issue where the Ground Smash ability also knocked down friendly players.
- Crossbow: Fixed the Pushback Bolt ability to no longer deal more damage than intended.
- Life Staff: Fixed the issue where Healing Ground and Team Health abilities were not affected by the healing skill stone.
- Bow: Fixed the Explosive Trap ability to no longer give speed boosts to other players.
- Bow: Fixed the Trap Retreat ability, which was not reducing cooldown despite skill point increases.
- Dual Blades: Fixed an issue where the Lethal Ambush and Deathly Cascade abilities reset the skill on monster death.
- Handmade & Ready-Made Potions: Balanced potion durations and effects.
Crafting & Production:
- Crafting Requirements: Fixed an issue where livestock and farming materials in the Sanctuary area had increased decay requirements.
- Tool Knife: Fixed the crafting materials for the Tool Knife.
- Special Powers on Tools: Removed the visual effects for special powers on tools, as they were not affecting the characters.
Loot & Item Drops:
- Monster Drops: Many equipment and materials gained from professions have been removed from monster drops.
- Essence Drops: Reduced the frequency of essence drops from monsters.
- Pet & Mount Food Requirements: Adjusted the food needs for pets and mounts.
- Pet Auto-Collect: Fixed an issue where the filter was not working for Power Cards during pet auto-collect.
- Pet Drops: Fixed the issue where fallen pets were only dropping Woodcutting and Gathering-related items. Now other profession-related pets can drop as well.
Bosses & Dungeons:
- Dungeon Bosses: Slightly reduced the power and attack speed of dungeon bosses.
- Dungeon Boss Loot: Improved loot drops from dungeon bosses.
Other Fixes:
- Clan Invitations: Fixed an issue where clan invitations were not working correctly.
