as promised yesterday, here is the version 1.0.16 which fixes the known issues identified yesterday.

- Fix Career unlock of new Districts and new Bundles won't work from an older save
- Fix Design Market icon disappearing when no Bundles locked left
- Fix Fireworks sometimes appearing inside Landmarks
- Fix Saving and Loading from Goto step of Tutorial 1 is blocking
- Fix D69 Main Projects having some rendering issues on their windows parts
