Bug fixes and improvements
- Issue with energy damage not applied to shield fixed.
- Saving spawnbox and enemy state.
- Close repair widget issue fixed.
- Upgrade resorces fix (colonists not required as upgrade resource anymore).
- Balance reset when starting new Bulwark game.
- Removed engineer operation buttons.
- Unbuilt supply ship can't be sent to market anymore.
- Save game crash fix.
