Earlier this month, we rolled out a new update to Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts that increased texture resolution, disabled network mode, and fixed issues related to audio and data loss in local saves.
Regrettably, we were unable to push patch notes at the same time the update was rolled out, which resulted in some confusion regarding what it included, especially since it was a large patch. We apologised and, as soon as we were able to, shared the update details with you all.
However, since the update launched, it’s come to our attention that some players are experiencing an issue whereby they can’t locate/access their previous saves. If you’re experiencing this issue, rest assured that your saved data is still intact. The problem is related to how the game is recognising your save. Please avoid starting a new game, as this could overwrite your existing progress.
Solving this save game issue is a top priority for us, and we’ll update you with further details as quickly as we have them. We appreciate your continued patience until then.
