We've fixed some known issues in the beta as below.

Fixed the issue where Arrow Resupply couldn't trigger Fatal Reload.
Fixed the issue where Phyllis's auto-shooting couldn't trigger some passives.
Fixed the issue where Stephanie's attacks couldn't trigger Frost/Fire/Thunder elements.
Fixed the issue where Frost/Fire/Thunder Master's level on weapons and skill books couldn't stack.
