A bug was found with the twitch whip causing players to lose the adventurer whip entirely. Quick patch to address this softlock.

As a bonus this hotfix includes:
Tier 3 whip sounds/effects
Option to turn roll animation off.

As a side note, know the people adding/changing these things are different people to the server programmers working on the disconnection errors. [strike]Those guys are chained to their desks until they fix it.[/strike]
