[Update 7/17/2024 at 8:00 PM PDT] The investigation has been completed and the following issues have been resolved:

• Resolved issues where Lynn’s ‘Spirit Guide Unity: Paeon’ Paeon buffs were not being activated properly with ‘HEXA Sneak Attack’.
• Resolved issues where multiple channels were crashing.
• Resolved issues where Luna Petite Pets were revivable with the normal water of life.

We are aware of an ongoing issue with channels crashing. To resolve the issues for affected players, we'll be temporarily shutting the game down. The game servers will be inaccessible until further notice. We will make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible and will provide updates when we can.
