Fix Details:

• Fixed an issue where the EMP Wave could block items that were not intended to be blocked.[/*]
• Fixed an issue where the Water Bomb or the Barricade item would drop in abnormal locations in certain sections of the track. [list]
• If the "Water Bomb Location" option is set as "Display" in settings, an abnormal location may be displayed on the mini-map. This will be fixed in a separate patch.[/*]
• The Water Bomb and Barricade may still be affected in certain Singleplayer Challenges (ex. Blocky Battle 3), and this will be fixed in a separate patch.[/*]
