Online:
- Fixed desyncs causing subsequent games to break
- Implemented a fix for hard freezes

Settings:
- Adjusted naming of "Poltato Mode" to "Performance Mode"
- Added a notification when switching to and off Performance Mode
- On systems with low VRAM, Performance mode will automatically be enabled
