Online:
- Completely overhauled GGPO netcode, now using a completely custom rollback system
- Connections that were previously unplayable now have significant improvements in rollback frames and stuttering
- Online games will no longer hard crash during matches
- During bad networking conditions (high ping, packet loss, out of order packets) game will be more stable
- Improvements to the rollback prediction system, preventing unnecessary rollbacks
- Improvements to ping time, compared to the previous implementation

Optimizations:
- General performance improvements on state loading/saving for rollbacks
