The "Renting" feature looks great! Instead of selling your flipped properties, select a rent price and receive a steady flow of money while renting.
The team at Frozen Way also made sure to update the base game along with this DLC release, so even if Dine Out DLC is not something you were looking forward to, maybe a couple of free new features might look worthwhile:

A good example would be the fact that now you can reset houses from your office in case something goes wrong or you simply want to repeat it. If you do so, you’ll be refunded 60% of the money spent on that house.
???? November was an HF1 month, but in December, HF2 steals the spotlight!

Now... you probably know that we're still not finished with what was presented on our roadmap for this year! At the moment, all I can say is that the date 12/12 might be considered a special one for the House Flipper 2 fans! All you should know for now, is that it's the date of our next dev stream (and you may know what usually comes with that :P)
